• All 3 of them are in the underground section of Reserve (under the helicopter)

One is located in the glassed-in command room, accessible from the power room, on a desk

One is located in the room on the other side of the glass command room in the bottom part of a shelf in the corner of the room

One is located in the large central hallway/bunker room on the middle of the shelf against the wall
