Field Guide #6: Weapons & Modding

We’ve reached the ultimate treasure of Tarkov — the weapons. In this game, a weapon is not just a simple tool for neutralizing your enemies, but a fully realistic complex mechanism, recreated down to the smallest detail. If you aren’t familiar with guns, it might be challenging to grasp it right away. Well, that’s why we’re here.

Today, we’re going to tell you about the weapon characteristics, modifications, potential malfunctions, and maintenance.

It’s time to study your character’s skills: what they are and what exactly they provide.

At the beginning of the conflict in Tarkov our contactor was still inexperienced. Although, he has passed basic military training, it’s practically impossible to prepare for such extreme conditions like we have now. You’ll have to learn new survival techniques and practice them on the fly.

Field Guide #8: Scav Gameplay
