- Find 4 Morphine injectors in raid
- Hand over the injectors

• You can get the morphine sticks from the following locations easily: Customs, Streets (lexos) and Reserve
• You can craft them also if you did level up your medstation in the hideout
Also, you can get them by killing boss scavs on customs or reserve
