Chapter Objectives

Step by Step

1. 1Learn more about the hooded men · Learn more about the people leaving strange symbols in Tarkov

2. 2Locate a place connected to the Eye of the World · Learn more about the cultist's victim from the torture room

   Both objectives are cleared at the cultists' torture house on Lighthouse. Find the house, then pick up Cult victim audio tape 2 from the chair inside and play it. The same house holds the Cult victim's apartment key you need for the next objective; it turns up in one of four spots — the toppled shelf, the chair, the wooden table or the metal table.

3. 3Locate the cult victim's apartment

   The flat you want is apartment 5, third floor of the old residential block tucked behind the Klimov shopping mall on Streets of Tarkov. The door only opens with the Cult victim's apartment key.

4. 4Investigate the victim's apartment · Obtain the victim's first audio tape and the book the Cultists planted

   Everything sits in the office inside the flat, and the door has to be breached to get in. Read the two written pieces — the Note on preparations for the Arrival from the desk and the Book of the Arrival from the bookshelf — then take Cult victim audio tape 1 off the desk and listen to it.

5. 5Ask Mechanic about the Eye of the World

   Open the trader screen in the menu, go to Mechanic and ask him about the Eye of the World.

6. 6Locate and neutralize a Cultist priest

   Kill a Cultist priest on any map.

7. 7Obtain more information about the Eye of the World

   The Cultist priest's note will not spawn until you have finished the previous objective. Once it does, read a copy from a marked room on Customs, Streets of Tarkov or Reserve — you only need one of the keys below, whichever room suits you.

   Customs: the marked room on the third floor of the three-storey dorms, opened with the Dorm room 314 marked key. The note rests on a stack of books.

   Streets of Tarkov: the marked room on the third floor of the northern abandoned factory building, opened with the Abandoned factory marked key. The note lies on the floor.

   Reserve, RB-BK: the marked room on the first floor of the black pawn barracks, opened with the RB-BK marked key. The note is on the bookshelf.

   Reserve, RB-PKPM: the marked room beside the command office down in the tunnel system, opened with the RB-PKPM marked key. The note is on the toppled bookshelf.

8. 8Locate the place marked with the Eye of the World on Lighthouse · Investigate the cultist room in the chalet · Obtain the victim's key

   Head for the blue chalet at the northern end of Lighthouse; the room in question is the small bedroom on its southern side, second floor. The Victim's note is out on the balcony next to it — pick it up and read it. The Station 14-4 KORD Arshavin K. pass (Damaged) sits on an ATV parked in front of the garage across from the chalet.

9. 9Locate the place marked with the Eye of the World on Woods

   The house stands in the run-down village in the north of Woods. Take the Newspaper clipping from the cultists' house off the whiteboard beside the desk and read it.

10. 10Locate the place marked with the Eye of the World on Shoreline · Investigate the area · Repair the Sordi tower

    Make for the radio tower near the "Road to Customs" extraction on Shoreline; the place you want is the red metal shack there. A dead body next to the tower carries the Programmer's note — take it and read it. To fix the tower, use a Toolset inside the shack.

11. 11Learn more about Station 14-4 KORD from Mechanic

    Go back to the trader screen in the menu and put the question about the Eye of the World to Mechanic a second time.

12. 12Restore Arshavin's keycard

    Craft the Station 14-4 KORD Arshavin K. pass (Restored) at Intelligence Center level 1 in your Hideout. The power has to stay on for the whole craft, or it gets interrupted.

13. 13Gain access to NGO Cobalt's secret facility

    NGO Cobalt's hidden facility sits in the basement of the power station on Interchange. Only the Station 14-4 KORD Arshavin K. pass (Restored) will get you inside.

14. 14Restore power at the station

    Swipe the Station 14-4 KORD Arshavin K. pass (Restored) on the keycard panel mounted right beside the entrance door.

    

15. 15Turn on the cooling system in the server room

    The server room lies behind the grate door. Flip the lever at the back of it to start the cooling system.

    

    

16. 16Install a flash drive to download the data

    Stash the Secure Flash drive just to the left of the cooling system lever in the server room.

17. 17Investigate ARRS Station 14-4 KORD thoroughly

    Switching on the cooling system unlocks the safe by the entrance door. Take the Mysterious audio tape out of it and listen to it.

18. 18Survive and extract from Interchange

    Leave Interchange with either a "Survived" or a "Run-Through" extraction status.

19. 19Find a way to disconnect the station from external agents

    Head back to the secret facility on Interchange and read the ARRS station mechanic's notes, which lie on the big desk.

20. 20Restore the ARRS station to backup settings

    Switch the power back on, then go into the server room and press the button underneath the table. Only one player per raid gets credit for it, so if the button will not respond, come back in a fresh raid.

    

21. 21Collect the flash drive from the ARRS station

    Take the Flash drive for ARRS station from the server standing beside the cooling system lever.

22. 22Survive and extract from Interchange

    Leave Interchange with either a "Survived" or a "Run-Through" extraction status.

23. 23Hand over the flash drive with data to Mechanic

    Pass the Flash drive for ARRS station to Mechanic through the trader screen.

24. 24Read the ARRS station specifications

    Open your handbook and read the ARRS system specifications.
